In fact, the cryonics contract I signed with Alcor had a wide range of
possible revival scenarios, including cloning. I had to specify under
which conditions I would want them to attempt a revival. So in fact
you can state that you would want them to create a clone in the event
that other revival methods were not workable. I chose not to, because
I would not view this as a meaningful form of survival, and I don't have
any particular love for my genome over other people's.
