Too bad I'm on the wrong continent. Last week I got a rather severe
cold and had a marvellous fever dream - I was an interstellar
economy. Imagine the Beyond, inhabited by billions of species, many of
which were mutually incomprehensible and had utterly obscure
values. Between them I was an immense fractal network of trade and
information, shifting and adapting over the eons. I wonder what the
dream interpretation of that would be? Money coming my way?
