Probably depends on the situation. If you are being threatened
at gunpoint in a very scary situation, probably not. But if you
were captured, tied up, got "comfortable" with the captor and they
stimulated you for long enough, I bet the apparatus would work.
Of course using modern technology, e.g. Viagra, its a very simple
problem to solve.
