I resemble that remark!

{8^D Whereas stupidity is a crime, poverty is not. Although both seem to
be punished about equally.

Alas, I did overlook the oblique reference to the wealthy waterfront crowd.
This is a matter of importance to me, as I am in a career transition, and the
location of one possible future is near the waterfront: Seal Beach California.
I had convinced myself I was living in one of the most expensive and crowded
places on the continent. Then I learned that if one is within a couple miles of
the coast in Orange county, it is about the same cost of living as the Sillyclone
Valley. {8-[ And the traffic may be even worse. (My LA based friends may
be able to educate me here.)

Perhaps I will leave rocket science and do something else when I grow up.

BTW, Mike, my non-evacuating folks came thru the storm without a
scratch. {8-] spike
