Suggested publication goals for the year 2000 (and I mean the actual year
2000, not that first five seconds of the year 2000):

--Interest US publishers in as many popular-interest books on transhumanist
topics as possible. Bring them in from other countries, and write a few
ourselves. Publishers tend to produce books in spates of topics, the happy
result of competition. I realize that books can take a year or more to
write, but you might at least get a commitment from a publisher during that
year span.

--Get at least one opinion editorial piece published in every major-market
newspaper on a transhumanist topic of current interest. Every newspaper
editorial department establishes guidelines based on the head editor's
version of journalistic integrity--you can write to them and find out what
they are looking for.
