Well its a paranoid delusion about the government or martians using radio
beams to read our minds or plant signals--but of course those pesky martians
just want us to believe that it isn't real..yeah! A chapeau is a 19th
century french tern for a hat--hence an aluminum one will block radio
signals. The wards used to be full of people who believed that until the
advance of anti-psychotic meds. Now they feel ...much better! Why do those
darn martains have to be so damned clever as to invent psycho-active meds?
