If Cape Canaveral takes a direct hit, the RLV launch market might open up
too. [1/2 a :)] Three shuttles are in buildings rated at 105 to 125 MPH; a
gust to 190 would shred them for sure. Damage to the cape alone in the
event of a direct hit would be over $20B.
