I can think of 3, perhaps in order of deliverability:
(a) Testostrone patches (for women), or the pill perhaps (for men).
(b) Surgical or genetic engineering of hermaphrodites.
[Now there's an ethical question for ya -- My potential child
would be sexually challenged/defective, having only 1/2 of the
full sexual/gender potential humans might possibly have.
Doctor, please engineer my child so it has both sexes.]
(c) Male, Female and Hermphrodite enclaves.
Got any other tough questions?
R.
