It is worth noting, that Robert Freitas recently informed me that due to
the steep discounts that Amazon gets from publishers, the author
royalties are reduced as well (to be expected in the profit
cutting Internet world...). Though it isn't available at this
time, people that want to maximally support Robert's efforts
(since he certainly isn't going to make a lot of money doing this),
may wish to consider ordering the book directly from Landes Bioscience.
It isn't available on their order form yet, but you may want
