You should register your contract with a protection agency in advance so
that when
the contract was violated the agency would put the facts before a court and
take action to exact damages from the party who violated the
contract...Probably force would not be required. The agency would probably
have a working relationship with the violator's bank....or others doing
business with the violator....or, yes, the agency might actually send
police to the fellow's house to obtain payment of damages. Or, the
violator's
credit might be interupted 'till he paid damages.
