Saying this "details the genetic basis of aging" *definitely*
overstates the case. 1) It doesn't even cover most genes.
2) it only covers transcriptional and mRNA stability regulation.
There's also translational regulation or post-translational
modifications. 3) It's the genetic basis of CR effects, not
of aging. Since CR affects aging, there's got to be some
overlap, but not 100%.
I'm not knocking the study, which is very useful, just the
reporting.
