That could just be involuntary muscle contractions. Or, if one is
sitting upright in a chair with a back, with one's back lightly pressing
against the chair back, a monentary loss of the sense of balance could
cause one to lean back harder without consciously realizing it. In that
case one would feel the chair back pressing on one's back, unexpectedly.
