It looks somewhat different from other tests I have seen, so I
question the generalisability. Also, at least the questions about how
to handle different situations are highly dependent on exactly how you
think and act, and likely contain serious biases based on the
test-creator's views, social norms etc. Tests may measure more how
well you conform to some social standard for being a pleasant person
rather than real emotional intelligence.
