I don't know how we get precognition. But:
With brain-computer linkage, we get telepathy and empathic psi.
Add utility fog (or equivalent) and we get telekinesis and fire-starting.
With assemblers and disassemblers, we get teleportation (albeit really slowly).
Any sufficiently advanced science is indistinguishable from magic...
