Good! Maybe they'll get smart and eliminate 100% of the funding to
NASA. The only bad thing I can possibly see here is that the money
saved surely won't be returned to the citizens it was stolen from. I
seriously doubt that taxes will be reduced.

The best possible thing congress could do in relation to space
exploration is to support the private space industry and assert the
right of Americans to own property and turn a profit in space!
