Actually there would be cow DNA present in the cell in the form of
mitochondrial DNA. The mitochondrial DNA found in animal cells does not code
for many proteins but some of these do interact with proteins produced from
genes in the nucleus. I would still say that the resulting embryo would be a
hybrid.
