Under different conditions, different kinds of people end up successfully reproducing
than others. If the king executes violent thugs, if fathers don't allow young men who
don't have respectable jobs to get near their daughters, and if trouble makers are
burnt out of their homes in the middle of winter and end up freezing to death; then it
is going to have a certain effect on the long term genetic pool.
