Dan Goldin goes transhuman tech

Of course the word "DNA" was included only for the benefit of those who
can't parse "nanotechnology" yet. Going solvated-biopolymer-tech for
space applications with their hard vacuum and wide temperature regime
strikes one as pretty unimaginative. Good to hear such ideas from a
governmental agency, though.
