TOSHIBA PAPER-THIN CHIP PACKAGE
Toshiba has developed a chip package as thin as piece of paper, reducing
3-dimensional scale of packages to about one tenth the height of a
conventional device. The technology will be used to make higher-capacity
flash memory storage cards. One potential application is a postage
stamp-form chip which has wireless antenna and can be pasted to almost any
