It is a matter of list record. I stated that anyone should be willing
to kill or die to protect their freedom of expression; Mark then
asserted that I said that all those who refused to relinquish their
guns should be shot, an obvious, transparent and blatant lie, told
for self-serving and stigmatiizing purposes It may not be polite to
call a man what he is, but by definition, the truth can never be an
insult.
