We do that...we elect them to public office. The "dangerously irresponsible'
go by the quaint name of "mayor', "senator", "representative" , "president"
and the like...history is the proof...they have done more to harm people
accidently and with the best of intentions (supposedly) than all the bad guys
have done on purpose..
