Mark, as I seem to recall, they cut corners on Skylab as actually orbited
so that it *couldn't* be reprovisioned _or_ boosted (without serious
space-jack work: welding, cutting and the like)--one more win for the
stunts-R-us contingent. Have you got a pointer for that "plan"?
