I haven't had a problem with the gun subject lines. I have recognized
and deleted almost every one. Twice, I think, I've checked out a
new tagline that I didn't realize was gun-related but once I saw
the first I just deleted the rest of the thread.

I haven't found the gun flamewar particularly distressing as I already
deal with a goodly amount of spam anyway. It's just one more source.
