Also, don't forget to take massive amounts of vitamin C whenever cancer strikes.
This means at least 6 grams a day and up (rule of thumb: your intestines will let
you know when you've reached your absorbtion limit). "Healthy" people should take at
least 3 grams a day, or again as much
as your intestines can take (an "overdose" will give you the runs, but is otherwise
harmless). For various reasons it is better to use a combination
of calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate and vitamin C tablets with bioflavonoids
instead of (just) ascorbic acid & sodium ascorbate.
