Mike I interpreted Ishmael's cold fusion comment as a joke. The saps from
University of Utah will neeeever hear the end of that. {8^D There are,
however, *plenty* of ways to create a short power pulse from purely chemical
means. You may have heard of or seen Lo.ck.hee.dMar.tin's proposal
to make an airborn laser, with which to shoot down incoming missiles? spike
