I don't weigh too much, and I drink coffee instead of eating food, which
might be helpful (copious amounts of urine that look a lot like water,
straight back into the recycling system).
Getting wired on coffee on the trip to Mars might be a bad idea,
however. I hope someone brings a Nintendo.
