You are talking about the Imperial Republic of Illinois, home of Chicago
"we don't give a sh** about no ***** Constitution" Illinois, and Mayor
"sho me duh munny" Daley. Where they beleive that law abiding citizens
were made to pay taxes, not exercise their rights.
