How do you know? How do we know anything?
Mostly we either accept what's been given to us (ie things like the "big
bang theory" or current popular beliefs on the way things *are*) and we
don't question. The only other way of knowing something is experiencing it
for yourself. That's difficult, especially when we want to go into the
realm of imagination always.
