excellent idea.

I suggested that these two are not needed anymore.

I just thought that users could do this, but you are right. The opportunity
to filter mails like this is valuable.

an example client rule might be

if meta-topic-global-rating < -50 then
   kill this mail
else if meta-topic-global-rating > +50 then
   color this mail olive green
end if
