Teaching children is the responsibility of parents. If parents wish
to pass some that responsibility on to a school, they should have the
choice of what kind of education they wish their children to have.
I think teaching young children critical thinking skills is a GREAT
idea, but when you begin talking about teaching ALL children in such a
manner, you're inevitably talking about forced, government provided
education.
If all children were taught critical thinking skills in government
schools we would create a generation that would be able to see through
the government's propoganda, and thus realize that government
mandated, tax-payer financed education is irrational.
