If we started a broadband ISP that had keys to the US Treasury and
Robert Rubin's blessing to pay employees in 50 pound boxes of US
twenties, how would we get employees onboard?

I was just searching for potential broadband communication
workers, and found the following individual's web page:

Does anyone know this guy? What would it take to get him released
from all his nondisclosure agreements?
