Vit C works as a antioxidant preventing damages caused by oxygen residuals
attacking brain cells....Vit B (thiamin, niacin, pyridoxin before all) help
to "extract energy" from food, fight stress and fatigue and manifacture
neurotransmitters...B empowers nervous system and works partly as
antioxidant (thiamin B1) and cyanocobalamin (B12) was tested on lab animals
showing indication of improved learning
...one cannot expect miracles...vitamins R noticable when your body lacks
them...also hyperdose of them is not the way to go...Taking C or B I don't
expect to crunch numbers in half time limits then before..boosting cognitive
abbilities (U can imagine lots of things this can cover) through chemistry
seems problematic theese days..maybe some other day......:-))
