Are these individualistic hackers just a tiny bit upset with the fascists
trying to regulate the internet?

Who are the fascists (delegating/hiring/appointing/drafting) to fix the Y2k
problem? Those same individualist hackers by any chance? The fox guarding
the hen house perhaps?

I wouldn't be suprised to learn that there are MORE Y2K "bugs" now than the
original two digit date field problem. More sophisticated bugs..viruses,
worms,.....

It should prove interesting.
