I see "reliable aggregate differences" as a fact. But "meaningful social
outcomes" sounds like an opinion to me. That seems to be the crux of the
"race" debate. There are differences, but are they curiousities or do they
demand action? My take is that they are swamped by cultural and environmental
factors.
