My deadline for the absolutely final form (of version 3.0) is the end of
this month, so if you have any further comments, please let me have them
before then.
I've made quite a few revisions since the last draft, including replacing
Spontaneous Order with Open Society, a new conclusion, and several other
additions and alterations.
