Actually I B.A. major was in Religious Studies and minor was in Chemistry.
I soon realized that a major in Religious Studies did not lead to good
job prospects so I have studied in areas which are both interesting
as well as more financially rewording.
Concerning the comment by Scott Badger about the difficulty of admitting
to being an Agnostic or an Atheist, there are some parts of this country
where this is the case. Some people seem to have a vague sense that
an unbeliever has poor moral and ethical character.
Unfortunately the problem is more widely spread than many people
realize.
