The people's Internet is proving to be such a means of prevention. It quickly allows
sources to be checked. For example, for those people in the know who have been
looking into Clinton's history it is not 'rampant abuse' to try to take him out with
a single shot to the groin than to involve any legal obfuscation of dead men's
histories. Remember Al Capone. Remember Arkansas.
