I recommend heading over to John Walker's pages at http://www.fourmilab.ch
and downloading HomePlanet which includes an Earth map showing night and
day, multiple viewing locations, a hell of a lot of satellites, an orrery,
a sky-view, an horizon view, astronomical information, an object catalogue
with thousands of objects... oh, and a cuckoo clock.
And it's free. What a very nice man.
