Not for me - the browser scroller showed nothing like that and now the
whole link is obsolete. I am really interested in finding more about this
willingness of Wall St to commit suicide. If you have the article in your
history could you forward it pleeeease?

Whereas the U.N. articles of declaration clause 29.3 states roughly that
nothing can ever be put up for discussion that seeks to disolve the U.N.,
I think it's good that mature systems know how to respond when their
number's up.
