Joe Michaels is affiliated with NDTC. Actually, he is the guy
they are going to fund initially.
Evidently, the capital raised through this venture is going to
be used to fund NDTC's nanotech research. In this sense the
company's website and SEC filing documents are somewhat misleading.
I am unfamiliar with Joe Michael or his apparently problematic
reputation. Any one care to supply some details regarding this
individual?
