The Russian army is making money as well, by part-time arms
trading. There is an interesting market for submachine guns and
bazookas hereabouts (a less interesting market involves leasing
military personnel for construction workforce). Maybe they should
release the grip on the nuclear stockpile as well, I'm sure most of the
missiles and launch crew will find excellently paying customers. Will
sure take care of the army budget hole.
