If you have bandwidth, set up a webcam acting as a steganographic
mail or voice reflector. I think open source solutions for this
exist. Kinda makes Echelon useless on the long run, no? (Of course
with all these continous stream of buzzwords and PGP signatures,
reliably coming from a few ten known sources there is a neat little
realtime-refreshed file in the Echelon database for us already.
And the same thing for libertarians, and cypherpunks, and Lycaeum
users, etc. Not that anybody ever looks at them, but at need they
