    The Grand Jury System and Prosecutorial Powers in general are wrong at
many points from a Libertarian Perspective, but should be used against
government officials....hang-em by their own petard, I say.

It is interesting that hardly anyone was aware of the Prosecutorial Tyranny
in which we live until their beloved Collectivist Clinton became subject to
it! If there is anyone the system should be used against it is him!

I think all Clinton's assets should be foreited up front. According to
several reports, it seems that his money was earned primarily by abusing
government power. Starr should just seize all his assets and leave it up to
Clinton to see if he can get them back! That ought to get some attention to
the Civil Forfeiture tyranny in which we live!
