I agree that most of what we know as evil today will in the future be
eliminated through technological/educational/social change. But to
try and create a complex system of separate interacting entities with
no evil appears to me to be impossible. Where is your proof of
concept? In game theoretic terms this means there are no defectors in
the population. This is not an evolutionarily stable system. At some
point a single defector could do a multitude of damage. This is an
unacceptable weakness for an advanced system of separate interacting
entities. Please do not give up in despair by imagining yourself to
be happy only in a world that cannot exist. This is just as bad as
the Christian heaven. The evil of the future is in a world more
beautiful than you or I can imagine.
