Ken Musgrave (on George Mason University faculty and member of
Siggraph) maintains an online gallery of his algorithmic images at
http://www.seas.gmu.edu/faculty/musgrave/art_gallery.html. You can
find wonderful scientific images relating to planets, genetics, and
even Mandelbrot's diffusion-limited aggregations (my favorite!)
Musgrave worked with the Nasa Ames Visualization for Planetary
Exploration Lab and other laboratories while developing these images.
You can download into wallpaper for your PC or obtain posters for your
analog walls.
