I am interested in getting information about the Oceana project that
ceased a while back. It was, as I recall, intended as the start of a
libertarian country. While the project failed financially, I am
interested in contacting the person involved. Does anybody know who he
is and/or how that can be done?
Related to that question is this: Are there any legal constraints on
what US citizens can build in international waters (I guess I would
prefer to call them anational waters)? For example, are there any UN
treaties to which the US is a signatory that preclude US citizens from
building in anational waters?
