I just found an excellent webpage covering logical fallacies:

I could not recommend more strongly that everyone who disagrees
with my ideas go to this webpage and study it very carefully. ;^)
I had been planning some time back to build such a page myself,
but this one is even better than the fallacy web page I had in
mind -- amazing! I guess this saves me the trouble.
