junk DNA

Hello, I am looking for a good review paper about the
various hypotheses on the possible functionality of
so-called junk DNA--the non-coding regions of eukaryotic
genomes. I am aware of some of the ideas (selfish DNA,
genome structural functions, etc.) but I would like to find
a review in the primary literature. Does such a thing exist?

Thanks for you help!
