Extropians don't need geographic boundaries just for the sake of Extropian
nationalism.
What we probably will need is a safe haven where we can perform
physical/mental enhancements etc. without state interference. How about
just a large biomedical facility dedicated to transhuman augmentations?
We can make up somekind of administrative BS to pass for official
residency even though the only people who would actually live there are
the people who work at the facility. Go back to the HomeLand and get your
implants ugraded!
