The IRS seems to want money in both cases.
In Russia now different authorities often demand taxes from a business whose total
exceeds 100%. So nobody conducts business legally...

  On the name for the non-territorial entity: "Earthlings" and other global sounding names
do not seem appropriate, as they imply uniqueness of this entity. Some day there will be
many of them though, with names reflecting their origins and goals. Names like "First
Distributed Republic" or "Unbound Extropians" may be more appropriate.
